General Introduction and Acceptance

2.2 One Person, One Account
Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account. Providing false or incorrect information will be considered a violation of the Terms and may result in account closure. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) secure. Granting third parties access to your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the b99a support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
b99a currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No methods outside this list are accepted.
3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 via all methods
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
After the withdrawal request verification process is complete, funds will be transferred to the relevant account within the specified time. If there is a delay in your withdrawal, please contact the support team.
3.3 Source of Funds
You confirm that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are your own. Depositing via a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Rejected Transactions
b99a reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction it considers suspicious. In such cases, the relevant member may be asked to submit additional verification documents.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳24,000 (1,200 × 20) in wagers to become eligible for withdrawal.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each member may claim each promotional offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- Requesting cancellation of a bonus may result in forfeiture of any bonus winnings earned.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- b99a reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.4 Other Promotions
From time to time, b99a may offer various reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer description. The general bonus terms and conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, b99a reserves the right to void or review the result of that game. If suspicious betting activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
5.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes depend on the official results declared by the relevant sports authority. If a match is postponed or cancelled, specific rules apply to those bets, which are detailed in the betting section.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Using any software bot or automated system to place bets.
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
- Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
- Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all funds earned will be forfeited.
VIP and Loyalty Program
b99a's loyalty program has five tiers in total. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Members can gradually advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity. b99a reserves the right to change the benefits or conditions of the VIP program at any time. Program benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
Responsible Gaming
b99a places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be considered a source of income. We are committed to helping our members develop healthy gaming habits.

- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse.
- Use of prohibited software.
9.2 Closure by the Member
Any member may request closure of their account at any time. Any legitimate funds in the balance may be withdrawn before closure; however, bonus funds may be forfeited if the wagering requirements have not been met.
Limitation of Liability
b99a makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, b99a will not be held liable in the following circumstances:
- If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection failure.
- In the event of failure or delay by a third-party payment system.
